Move With Me Dance Studio – Castle Hill NSW
We're looking for a dancer who's great at what they do, great with people, and wants a real home at a studio.
Move With Me Dance Studio in Castle Hill teaches everyone from nervous beginners to competitive dancers across Ballroom, Latin, Smooth, Rhythm, New Vogue and more. We're a passionate, tight-knit studio and we take pride in both the quality of our teaching and the culture we've built.
We're growing, and we want a full time teacher who'll become a core part of the team.
Full time (38 hours) | $70,000 – $85,000 + super | Start ASAP
What you'll be doing:
- Teaching private and group lessons across Ballroom and Latin styles
- Working with students at all levels, from first-timers to competitors
- Helping new students settle in and keeping current students engaged and coming back
- Lending a hand with enquiries, bookings and opening or closing the studio when you're on
- Supporting social nights, showcases and studio events, including our annual competition, ASARC
- Being someone the other instructors can rely on
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Are a strong, versatile dancer with solid technique across multiple styles
- Have real teaching ability: you can read a student, adapt your approach, and get results
- Are organised, reliable, and comfortable owning the day-to-day without being chased
- Communicate clearly and warmly, in person, on the phone and over email
- Bring positive energy to the studio and care about the environment you're part of
- Are available for evenings and Saturdays
- Have qualifications or competition experience (valued, not essential)
The right person here isn't just talented, they fit. We're a close team and culture matters as much as capability.
Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a chat, then an in-studio interview and a short trial lesson.
