Mounties Group is seeking an experienced Swim School Manager to lead the Learn to Swim programs and ensure exceptional safety, quality and customer experience across our swim operations. You will manage staff, enrolments and program performance while upholding industry standards and partnering with Health & Fitness leadership.
The role focuses on coaching, recruitment, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement to grow enrolments and member satisfaction in a dynamic community-focused setting.
