We have an exciting opportunity for a Parts Interpreter to join our team at Warragul Mazda. Our Parts Department is continuing to grow, and we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated person who enjoys working as part of a busy team and delivering excellent service to customers. Previous parts industry or mechanical experience would be an advantage, however it is not essential. Training will be provided to the right person. Most importantly, we are looking for someone with a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and the motivation to succeed.
The Role
- Interpreting and supplying parts and accessories for retail, trade and internal customers
- Providing an exceptional customer experience
- Working closely with and supporting our Service Department
- Assisting with stock control and warehousing duties
- Maintaining an organised and efficient Parts Department
- Contributing to a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork and continuous improvement
About You
- Has automotive parts or mechanical knowledge, although this is preferred rather than essential
- Is enthusiastic, reliable and highly motivated
- Has excellent organisational skills
- Has strong communication and customer service skills
- Can confidently work in a fast-paced dealership environment
- Is a team player with a practical and proactive approach
- Is willing to learn and develop within the automotive industry
