Our AutoXtreme Electronics Division is seeking an enthusiastic and well-organised Bookings Coordinator to join our team in Rowville, Victoria.
We're looking for someone who is organised, outgoing, logical, and a team player with excellent customer relationship skills. This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 4.00pm. Previous experience in an administrative role will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and emails, taking bookings, and coordinating work with technicians.
- Responding to customer queries and providing solutions where needed.
- Inputting data into the electronic bookings system.
- Scheduling team members for onsite installations and repairs.
- Coordinating and confirming daily jobs and completions with technicians.
- Liaising with the administration team to validate invoices and generate monthly reports.
- Following up on missing information, including order numbers for jobs.
- Contributing to maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
