Motor One Autobody Brendale is seeking an experienced and motivated Production Manager to join our leadership team on a full-time, permanent basis.

About the Role
As Production Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow management, maintaining safety standards, and delivering exceptional repair outcomes.
You will play a key leadership role in maximizing productivity while fostering a positive and collaborative workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the daily production schedule to optimise workflow and resources.
- Ensure high-quality repair standards are consistently achieved.
- Allocate workloads and monitor repair timeframes to meet customer expectations.
- Identify, communicate, and resolve production delays efficiently.
- Supervise, mentor, and support production staff and apprentices.
- Maintain workshop equipment, tools, and facilities to a professional standard.
- Promote and uphold workplace health and safety procedures.
- Drive a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Support the overall smooth operation of the workshop.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have
- Previous experience in a Production Manager or similar leadership role.
