About the Role
As an Accessories Salesperson, you'll be responsible for assisting customers in-store and over the phone with parts, accessories and riding gear enquiries.
You'll play a key role in driving sales, maintaining showroom presentation, and ensuring stock is accurately managed and displayed.
- Provide exceptional customer service to every customer who visits or contacts the store
- Promote and sell motorcycle accessories, apparel and related products.
- Build relationships with customers and generate repeat business.
- Manage phone enquiries and assist customers with product recommendations.
- Maintain store displays and merchandising standards.
- Receive, label and present stock accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with stock control and stocktake activities.
- Maintain accurate pricing and inventory information.
- Follow store processes, policies and safety requirements.
