Motorama is looking for a self‑motivated and customer‑focused Parts Interpreter to join our Parts Department at Nathan.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Provide outstanding service to internal and external customers.
- Interpret and supply genuine and aftermarket parts and accessories.
- Work closely with Sales and Workshop teams to meet customer and operational requirements.
- Manage special orders, ensuring parts are paid for, received and actioned promptly.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Assist with stock management and keep parts operations running efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Previous Parts Interpreter experience is highly regarded.
- Automotive dealership experience preferred.
- Forklift licence is highly regarded.
- Experience with multiply operating systems is preferred
- Good technical knowledge and mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication and questioning skills with a professional phone manner.
- Self‑motivated, organised and able to work independently.
- Flexible and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
- Current open manual driver's licence.
