The Role
Our client is a major franchise new car dealership located on the lower Gold Coast. They are seeking to employ a switched on, motivated Service Manager to take control of their busy Service Department operations. The dealership offers security of tenure, career advancement opportunities and an excellent income stream. The area offers all modern facilities including educational, medical, recreational, sporting, cultural and shopping. This represents a true sea-change opportunity. You’ll Need
Applicants for this position MUST have current or recent new car dealership experience as a Service Manager and be seeking a long term position. You will have strong management, financial and people-handling experience, along with the drive and energy to succeed. You will be able to motivate your department staff to reach their potential in both profitability and customer satisfaction.
On Offer
Salary envisaged for this position will consist of a retainer of $110k + Super + Car. On Target Earnings should see your income reach around $250k. A one-off contribution towards relocation costs will be considered for the right candidate.
