To help existing and new customers with issues on their Microsoft Cloud Platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage Microsoft 365 and Azure environments including M365 accounts management (create, delete, password reset, Online Exchange management).
- Azure Virtual Desktop Management – troubleshoot any issues with virtual desktop environment.
- Web hosting management with good understanding of all DNS records (A record, MX record, SPF record).
- Windows 2019 and above server management including updates and troubleshooting.
- Desktop Support including PC/Laptop troubleshooting on Windows 10 and above operating system.
- Research and Development – Improve knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure Technology.
- Resolve customers' issues with their technology platform with minimal supervision.
- Update time spent helping customers in Autotask on a weekly basis.
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience in a Microsoft 365 and Azure cloud support role.
- At least 1 year of experience in supporting the Microsoft Windows Server operating system.
- Ability to effectively work to strict deadlines.
- Resourcefulness in solving problems.
- Strong work ethic with an ability to work autonomously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passed Azure Exam AZ-900 and MS-900.
- Basic networking skills including IP Addresses, Subnet IP Address Classes, Routing/Switching.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
