In this role, you will provide high quality, evidence-based care to improve patients’ access to a variety of healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities include:
- Calling/video conferencing with new and existing patients to provide education, advice and assistance.
- Managing existing patient’s treatment plans, including assessing their response to current treatment and prescribing appropriate medications and making changes as appropriate and within scope of practice.
- Triaging presenting symptoms to the relevant medical practitioner/pharmacist.
- Liaising with managers, medical practitioners, pharmacists, allied health professionals and other employees.
- Sharing feedback for constant improvement of systems and processes to improve patient experience.
What you’ll bring:
- AHPRA General Registration as a PGY 5 + doctor.
- 2 years of clinical work experience in Australia.
- Must be based in Australia.
