Marketing & Communications Executive – Brisbane
This is an opportunity for a talented marketing and communications professional to join one of Queensland’s leading residential developers and contribute to the continued growth, visibility and reputation of the Mosaic brand.
Reporting to the General Manager – Brand & Customer, you will play a hands-on role in delivering marketing and communications initiatives across customer, stakeholder and corporate channels. You’ll create compelling content, develop high-quality marketing collateral, support project marketing initiatives and contribute to brand activities that strengthen engagement and support business objectives.
From customer communications and award submissions to digital content, marketing materials and brand campaigns, you’ll help ensure every interaction reflects the quality, professionalism and attention to detail that define Mosaic.
This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys being on the tools, is confident working across both communications and marketing, and takes pride in producing high-quality work at volume while consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining exceptional standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create high-quality customer, stakeholder and marketing communications across a range of channels.
- Develop marketing collateral, presentations, brand assets and promotional materials that reflect Mosaic’s high standards.
- Produce engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, email and other marketing channels.
- Support the delivery of project marketing initiatives, campaigns and brand activities.
- Ensure consistency and quality across all communications, content and collateral in line with Mosaic’s brand standards.
- Assist with the preparation of award submissions and other corporate communications.
- Provide responsive marketing and communications support to stakeholders across the business.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
- Exceptional written communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong content creation capability across digital, social, print and stakeholder communications.
- Sound graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of brand, marketing and stakeholder communications.
- Proven ability to produce high-quality work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Well-developed stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach.
- Commitment to quality, professionalism and high standards.
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
- Experience within the property, construction or real estate industry will be highly regarded.
