Our client is seeking an experienced Site Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative and business support across their operations in QLD, VIC and SA.
This is a varied role suited to an organised and proactive administrator who has experience working within the construction, trades or blue-collar industry. You will provide essential administrative support to the wider team, helping ensure day-to-day operations and smaller works are coordinated efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administration and business support
- Assist with scheduling and coordination of smaller works
- Manage and process timesheets
- Assist with invoice processing and approvals
- Coordinate flights and travel arrangements when required
- Manage stationery, office supplies and general office requirements
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Provide general support to ensure the smooth running of the business
About You
- Minimum 3 years' administration experience
- Previous experience within construction, trades or a blue-collar environment is essential
- Experience with invoicing and invoice approvals
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills
- MYOB or similar accounting software experience needed
- Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
