Predominantly on the tools, with increasing site management responsibility

Duties
- Work predominantly on the tools across high-end residential renovations
- Assist with the day-to-day management of multiple high end residential renovations
- Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings
- Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors and trades on site
- Keep across site progress, quality and upcoming works
- Assist with materials, site coordination and problem-solving as required
Skills & Experience
- Trade-qualified Carpenter with strong residential experience
- Experience across high-end residential renovations highly regarded
- Confident reading and interpreting construction drawings
- Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with subcontractors
- Ready to take the next step into a Leading Hand position
