My client is currently looking for aService Coordinatorto join a large business and become a part of the culture.
Job Purpose
The role of theService Coordinatoris to be the main contact point for all service technicians, take incoming calls and also provide general administration support for the office.As needed, to provide support to the Projects team.
Duties
- Answer customer calls and register them in the service management system
- Create service work orders as necessary
- Contract renewals to be communicated to the Service Manager
- Work In Progress jobs monitoring in service management system
- Service order closure and invoicing
- General Administration
- Office Based Role
The ideal candidate has
- Experience with aservice job management or ERP software
- Computer literate and familiar with windows based applications
- Not shy to take incoming phone calls
- Enjoy working in a team environment
- Simpro or similar system experience
