My client We're currently working with a well-regarded residential builder across Sydney who are looking to bring on a Senior Contract Administrator to deliver a luxury waterfront project.
Projects range from boutique luxury apartments through to large-scale residential developments, ranging in value from $100M - $300M.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage contract administration across residential apartment projects
- Prepare and assess variations, progress claims and payment schedules
- Assist with procurement, tender packages and subcontractor negotiations
- Work closely with Project Managers, Site Teams, consultants and subcontractors
- Maintain accurate cost tracking, reporting and commercial registers
- Support project teams to ensure strong commercial outcomes and risk management
Requirements
- Experience working as a Contract Administrator on Class 2 residential projects
- Strong understanding of procurement, subcontractor management and head contract management.
- Ability to manage variations, claims and commercial reporting
- Good communication skills and ability to work closely with site and delivery teams
- Experience with systems such as Procore, Aconex, Jobpac or similar
