Lucky's is opening on Chapel Street, Windsor, this November, and we're looking for passionate chefs to join our opening team!

Located on Chapel Street in Windsor, Lucky's is set to bring its own personality and energy to one of Melbourne's best-known hospitality strips.

Lucky's food is street-food Asia at full volume .

Flavours are drawn from across East, South-East and South Asia, built for sharing, grazing and ordering more than you planned.

The menu moves confidently between raw seafood, dumplings, breads, snacks, charcoal skewers, fried bites, larger plates and desserts.

Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Cantonese notes sit alongside Thai, Vietnamese and Malaysian touches, with a strong Indian influence.

We're looking for chefs who are excited by these flavours, take pride in their craft and want to bring this eclectic menu to life.

If you thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, enjoy working collaboratively and want to help shape a positive kitchen culture from day one, we'd love to hear from you.
