Bunnings is seeking a Department Manager in Mornington VIC to lead a 20+ team, drive customer service, and manage stock in a high-volume environment.
You will work with peers across departments, report to the Site Manager, and ensure our Best Experience and lowest prices for customers.
You will train and develop your team, monitor service levels, and maintain strong supplier relationships to support store performance.
A 1 in 3 weekend roster and some public holiday work are required.
