The Role
We are in search for a full time Production Process Worker reporting to the Production Assistant and Senior Management. The right candidate should have a can do attitude, committed to the job, motivated, responsible and a vibrant individual with the desire to work with us for the long term.
The main duties of the role will include but are not limited to:
- Production line work as directed (including product mixes, weighing up, bagging, labelling, cartoning)
- Manual heavy lifting of products up to 25kgs
- Meeting daily targets per production line
- Knowledge of equipment operation and electrical knowledge are preferable
We are looking for people with the following:
- Current Queensland drivers license with a reliable car
- Current forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience in machine operating is an advantage
- Maintenance knowledge is an advantage
- Be fit, healthy and strong
- Good attendance and punctuality is essential
- Attention to detail and ability to meet work deadlines, who can work autonomously
