Service Administrator / Booking Clerk needed for Morley Auto Group.
Job Overview
Join our busy Hyundai & Ford aftersales service department in a vital administrative role. You will manage the daily booking pipeline to ensure workshop efficiency. This is a full-time position offering a 38-hour work week with opportunities for overtime.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume phone calls from customers looking to book vehicle services.
- Execute accurate data entry of customer and vehicle details into our booking system.
- Create repair orders proactively in readiness for the following day's workshop schedule.
- Check manufacturer databases for active vehicle recalls and software updates.
- Provide administrative support to the service advising team as required.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong phone etiquette with a professional and friendly communication style.
- High attention to detail to ensure precise data entry and repair order creation.
- Excellent time management to successfully prepare schedules a day in advance.
- Tech-savvy nature with the ability to quickly learn automotive database software.
- Automotive experience with Ford, Hyundai, or multi-franchise dealerships is highly regarded.
