Key Responsibilities
- Recording, preparing, sorting, classifying, and filing information to ensure smooth operations.
- Sorting, opening, and sending mail promptly and efficiently.
- Photocopying and faxing documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Preparing routine reports to maintain comprehensive records.
- Recording the issue of equipment to staff for efficient resource management.
- Receiving letters and telephone messages courteously and professionally.
- Transcribing information onto computers with precision, proofreading, and correcting copy as needed.
- Providing customers with information about our exceptional services with a friendly demeanour.
- Performing receptionist duties to ensure a warm welcome for our guests.
Requirements
- AQF Certificate II or III.
- Previous experience in similar role is essential.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer operations.
