Retail Technology Assistant to help onboard stores to our loyalty program, integrate POS systems, and support retail technology operations.
- What You’ll Do
- Lead store onboarding
- Set up and integrate new stores into our loyalty system.
- Manage POS & API integrations
- Ensure smooth connections between systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Work with vendors
- Oversee IT aspects of vendor onboarding and manage timelines.
- Support & problem-solve
- Identify and fix technical issues quickly.
- Bridge the gap
Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Document & improve
- Maintain clear technical guides and suggest system improvements.
- What You’ll Need
- Experience in technology support, integrations, or a similar role .
- Understanding of
