About the Role
We're looking for someone who loves variety.
One minute you'll be updating a website, the next you'll be coordinating photography at a major exhibition, writing a LinkedIn post, organising Google reviews, helping pull together a tender submission, reviewing campaign results or chasing content from a project team.
No two days are the same and that's exactly how we like it.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being organised, takes pride in getting the details right and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and get things done. You'll work across every part of our marketing function, supporting projects that help drive enquiries, strengthen our brand and showcase the incredible work our teams deliver both within Australia and Internationally.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll be involved in a little bit of everything, including:
Content & Communications
- Writing and scheduling social media content.
- Developing case studies, website content and newsletters.
- Coordinating photography and videography.
- Helping tell the stories behind the events, exhibitions and projects we deliver.
- Supporting internal communications and company announcements.
Digital Marketing
- Updating and maintaining our websites.
- Assisting with Google Ads, LinkedIn and Meta campaigns.
- Monitoring enquiries and campaign performance.
- Supporting SEO and website improvement projects.
- Helping identify ways to generate more enquiries and improve user experience.
Events & Projects
- Supporting marketing activity for exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
- Coordinating invitations, registrations and promotional materials.
- Liaising with suppliers, venues and industry partners.
- Helping ensure we capture great content before, during and after events.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintaining marketing calendars and project schedules.
- Assisting with monthly reporting and campaign analysis.
- Coordinating Google reviews and customer testimonials.
- Managing databases, marketing assets and day-to-day administration.
Supporting the Business
- Assisting with tender submissions and capability documents.
- Preparing presentations and sales support material.
- Conducting market and competitor research.
What We're Looking For
We're less concerned about having experience in every single area and more interested in finding someone who:
- 1+ years experience in a marketing, communications or coordinator role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience managing multiple competing priorities.
- Experience using social media platforms in a business environment.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, Google Ads and social media advertising.
- Website or WordPress experience.
- Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Ads or social media advertising.
- A passion for content creation and storytelling.
