About the role
An early-career role for someone with a year or two of experience who wants to grow fast. You will own Moraph’s mobile apps and field tools for inspectors, enumerators and home health staff.
What you’ll do
- Own the roadmap for mobile and field products
- Spend time with people who work away from desks
- Balance offline needs with security
- Deliver well-scoped work with guidance from senior colleagues, and learn the delivery and evidence standards our regulated clients expect
What you’ll bring
- 1–2 years of experience in product management for mobile apps (internships and placements count)
- User research skills
- Eagerness to learn how software is built and run where failure means a regulatory breach or a patient-safety incident
Nice to have
- Experience with app store releases
Location and working arrangement
This role is hybrid, based in our Sydney office. You’ll need to be able to work from Sydney on a regular basis, and your team agrees its own rhythm for being together.
The application asks whether you are authorized to work in Australia or will need visa sponsorship. Sponsorship depends on the role and the country; your recruiter will be clear about what is possible before you invest time in interviews.
Compensation
A$80,000 – A$92,500 per year. Base salary, plus superannuation.
Where you land in the range depends on your experience and skills, not on how well you negotiate. Any offer we make is within this range.
