Looking for a Behaviour Support role with genuine scope, not just a caseload? This opportunity is best suited to an entry to senior practitioner — ideally someone at Proficient level, or a strong Core practitioner who is close to stepping up and wants the support to get there.
This is a blended role combining behaviour support, plan review, quality input, and stakeholder engagement. You'll also have the opportunity to begin supervising Core practitioners, so it suits someone who enjoys mentoring, relationship-building, and broader service impact, not just direct clinical work.

What you'll be doing
- Deliver behaviour support across a varied caseload.
- Review plans and contribute to clinical quality.
- Support or begin supervising Core practitioners.
- Represent the service with stakeholders in a collaborative, relationship-led way.
About you
- Likely around 2–4 years' experience in behaviour support.
- Comfortable working independently and keen to keep developing.
- Interested in moving into supervision, review, and broader service responsibilities.
- A strong communicator who values practical outcomes and good relationships.
