Now, we are entering our most exciting chapter yet.

Later this year, Lexus of Blackburn will unveil a fully rebuilt, state‐of‐the‐art dealership on our existing site — designed to elevate every aspect of the Lexus ownership experience. This is not a new business — it's the transformation of an established, high‐performing dealership.

As part of this growth, we are expanding our Service Department and seeking a Qualified Diagnostic Technician to join our high‐performing workshop team.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a premium brand in a structured, process‐driven environment where quality, teamwork and efficiency are genuinely valued.

  • Ensuring repair documentation is completed accurately.
  • Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient work environment.

About You

You'll ideally have:

  • A qualified Automotive Technician.
  • Strong diagnostic and fault‐finding experience.
  • Previous experience as a Diagnostic Technician within a Toyota or Lexus dealership will be highly regarded.
  • Experience with hybrid and modern vehicle systems (desirable).
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong problem‐solving skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Current driver's licence.
  • A commitment to delivering premium workmanship.

Why Join Lexus of Blackburn?

  • Ongoing Lexus factory training.
  • Access to the latest diagnostic technology and equipment.
  • Supportive management and an experienced team.
  • Genuine career progression opportunities.
