We're looking for a friendly, organised and proactive person to join our growing digital marketing agency in a hybrid customer experience and marketing support role.
This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and has an interest in digital marketing, ecommerce and technology.
What you'll be doing
- Answering inbound customer service calls for ecommerce brands
- Helping customers with orders, deliveries, returns and product enquiries
- Managing customer support tickets and following up on outstanding issues
- Assisting with Shopify website and product updates
- Scheduling social media content and preparing simple Canva designs
- Supporting email marketing campaigns and other digital marketing activities
- Helping our team with general marketing administration
What we're looking for
- Excellent spoken and written English
- A friendly, confident and professional phone manner
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Comfortable learning new software and systems
- An interest in digital marketing and ecommerce
- Ability to work independently from home
- Previous customer service experience preferred
Experience with Shopify, Canva, Gorgias or email marketing platforms would be an advantage, but isn't essential.
The opportunity
- Part-time remote contract role
- Approximately 20-30 hours per week initially
- Australian business-hours availability for agreed customer support coverage
- Flexible marketing tasks around customer service commitments
