Saddle up Gunslingers, Moon Dog Wild West is coming to Geelong! We're beyond excited to be bringing our really bloody fun & unique brand of hospitality to beautiful Geelong, aiming to swing open the saloon doors in late November! We've taken over the old Geelong Hotel pub and are adding a mechanical bull and live music stage to really ramp up the fun! We will be offering the best in food, beverages and entertainment, with our signature cheeky twist.
We are looking for Casual Front Of House All-Rounders & Supervisors to get stuck in! We are building an awesome new team and have loads of positions to fill! We hope to be opening end of November.
The ideal candidates will:
- Have proven FOH experience, with strengths in either bar, floor, hosting or all of the above.
- Fully available fri/sat - plenty of shifts available throughout the rest of the week too!
- Have good availability through Dec/Jan (No big holidays planned during this time).
- No problem getting their steps in across a large venue.
- Good vibes, good chat.
- RSA certificate or ability to get one before opening.

All rounders will be paid on the hospo casual award level two. Supervisors are level 3. Ideal start date is during the week of 16th November, but we will consider folks who need to start after this, please detail potential start date in your cover letter.
