  • Build the funding
  • Drive artist outreach and promotion
  • Select and support the artists
  • Lead the Festival delivery.

The role is Sydney-based (Carriageworks), with potential for hybrid working; part-time, with flexible hours, ramping up to full-time in peak periods; and under the mentorship of Moogahlin Artistic Director and Co-Founder, Lily Shearer, winner of the 2025 Red Ochre Award for Cultural Advocacy and Leadership. Experience we're looking for

Applications will be assessed as they come in. A candidate may be appointed at any time.
