We are seeking a motivated Sales Trainee to join our growing team.
This role is ideal for someone with a construction background who is looking to transition into sales, or a driven entry-level candidate eager to build a long-term career in the prefab housing industry.
You do not need prior sales experience — we provide structured training and mentorship.
What we are looking for is enthusiasm, resilience, and a genuine interest in helping customers bring their dream homes to life.
Both full time and part time are acceptable.
Key responsibilities
- Greet potential clients and guide them through our Display Village
- Organize online leads and reply to enquiry emails
- Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable prefab housing solutions
- Coordinate with sales experts to prepare tailored proposals for clients
- Coordinate with sales experts to present offers and quotations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Follow up consistently to guide customers through the sales journey
- Support clients throughout the whole sales procedure with sales experts
- Receive step-by-step guidance from experienced Sales Experts and Operations Manager in an apprenticeship-style development path
About you
- Construction or construction-related fields background (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (essential)
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn (essential)
- Ability to work five days per week including Saturday, or part-time availability for both weekdays and Saturdays (essential)
- Background in a sales role (preferred)
- Passion for modular housing and innovative building solutions (preferred)
- Confidence in speaking with clients and explaining details (preferred)
- Friendly with natural ability to connect with people (preferred)
