Montgomery Advisory is seeking a Solicitor or Senior Associate (3+ PAE) to join its market-leading Competition & Regulatory practice in Sydney. You will advise on complex competition, consumer law, and regulatory matters for major domestic and international clients, and work closely with Partners.
You will assist with merger clearances, cartel investigations, and regulatory enforcement, interact with regulators, mentor junior lawyers, and help grow client relationships on significant matters.
