This firm’s corporate finance team is consistently ranked Band 1 by Chambers and recognised for its depth, innovative deal-making, and client-focused approach.

Sitting at the heart of the firm’s Global Loans practice, the team advises on the full range of sophisticated corporate finance transactions — from high-value bilateral and syndicated facilities to complex acquisition, leveraged, and structured financings with multi-jurisdictional or bespoke structuring elements. The practice acts for all four major Australian banks, many international investment banks, and a wide range of global financial institutions, regularly advising on some of the most significant and high-profile transactions in the market.

Based in Sydney, the team works closely with colleagues across Australia and internationally to deliver innovative solutions for complex financings. The culture is collaborative, commercially astute, and committed to developing its people through mentorship, professional development, and market engagement.

  • Delegate and supervise work for junior team members, providing leadership, training, and mentoring.
  • Participate in business development, networking, and client workshops on recent market terms and trends.
  • Contribute to the team’s know-how and thought leadership initiatives.
