Mondrian Gold Coast, located in Burleigh Heads, invites you to join our culinary team as a Commis Chef on a part-time basis. You will support the delivery of exceptional food across LiTO and Haven, under the guidance of the Executive Chef and senior chefs.
This role offers hands-on experience in a luxury coastal dining setting, exposure to breakfast, lunch, dinner and events, and the chance to learn modern Italian-inspired kitchen techniques while upholding high standards of food safety.
