We have a full-time Client Advisor position available at our Chatswood Chase Boutique. As a Client Advisor, you’ll be at the heart and soul of the Moncler experience. Working alongside a passionate team, you will play a key role in achieving individual sales results and supporting store targets. We’re looking for luxury retail specialists who are curious, client-focused and collaborative - people who take pride in building lasting relationships and creating memorable experiences for every client who walks through our doors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Create memorable client experiences by building genuine, lasting relationships and guiding customers through every step of their Moncler journey - from first contact to after-sales care and clientelling.
• Drive strong sales results through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Bring Moncler’s visual standards to life on the shop floor.
• Work closely with the stockroom to keep the store running seamlessly, from stock movement to replenishment.
• Be an active, positive team player who brings enthusiasm, energy and pride to every shift.

Who you are:

• An experienced luxury retail professional, with at least 2 years’ experience in a premium or luxury fashion environment.
• Comfortable working within a structured retail brand, with set targets and KPIs.
• Genuinely passionate about the Moncler brand and what it represents.
• Naturally client-focused, combining exceptional service with a strong commercial mindset.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual skills are highly regarded and considered a plus.
