  • Leading the development and implementation of a robust and contemporary organisational performance reporting framework, including ongoing reporting aligned with funders’ performance monitoring obligations.
  • Leading the preparation of regular KPI and benefits reporting for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring accuracy, consistency and timelines.
  • Contributing to the development and maintenance of dashboards, data collection tools and reporting systems that support KPI and benefits tracking across ARDC’s portfolio.
  • Providing assurance and expert advice to ensure benefits, project outcomes and impact measurements are robust, evidence-based and aligned with best practice.
  • Supporting the implementation of the ARDC project management and impact framework, promoting consistent use across programs and projects.
  • Assisting the ARDC PMO Manager with the day-to-day management and operations of the PMO function.
