Monash House Private Hospital is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager for PACU stages 1 and 2. The ANUM will support the Perioperative Services team, supervise and mentor junior staff, and drive evidence-based nursing care.
You will identify risks, develop improvement strategies, and lead quality assurance activities while providing hands-on clinical nursing daily. APHRA-registered RN with PACU experience is essential. Eligible to work in Australia.
