Monash Health is seeking a PoVA Behaviour Support Consultant to lead and support prevention of violence and aggression across sites in Melbourne's south-east. This part-time, permanent role (0.84 EFT) focuses on education, coaching and clinical leadership to improve safety for staff, patients and visitors.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team including nursing, psychology, OT, social work and speech pathology to identify behaviours that may lead to aggression and implement prevention
