Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Engineer to join our NSW Operations team on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the Project Manager, you'll play a key role in delivering electrical construction, commissioning and maintenance projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standards.
You'll provide technical expertise, engineering support and practical solutions across project and operational activities while helping drive successful project outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities will include
- Support the delivery of electrical projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate project schedules, resources, procurement and technical activities.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks and drive successful project outcomes.
- Review electrical designs, drawings and technical documentation.
- Prepare and maintain quality and commissioning documentation.
- Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and project stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental and industry standards.
- Contribute to tendering, project planning and continuous improvement initiatives.
What you will bring
- Australia recognised degree qualification in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience delivering projects within the energy, utilities, infrastructure, industrial or resources sectors.
- Exposure to substations, HV electrical systems, protection, control and/or SCADA environments.
- Strong project coordination, planning and problem-solving skills.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of project delivery principles.
- Ability to build and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement.
