- Demonstrated experience in complex lifting operations within construction and/or Iron Ore environments
- Hydraulic Crane operating experience (50T-160T+) - Liebherr, Demag, Grove (crawler experience highly regarded)
- Ability to interpret lift studies and engineered lift plans
- Valid High Risk Work License
- Construction White Card
- Proof of right to work in Australia
