Monadelphous is currently recruiting Insulator/Sheet Metal Worker to join our Offshore Energy Team in Darwin. This is an exciting offshore opportunity starting in October 2026.
Scope of Work:
- Removal of insulation from nominated locations on the steam system
- Labelling and tie-down of SS jacketing for future reinstatement
- Disposal of rockwool material
- Reinstatement of jacketing post NDT/weld repairs
The insulation system is SS metallic jacketing with rockwool underlayer.
Key qualifications and experience required:
- Trade Certificate in Sheet Metal and Fabrication is highly regarded
- Verification of Competency
- MSIC
- BOSIET/FOET
- CA-EB
- Enter and work in a confined space
- Working safely at heights
- Gas test atmospheres
- Valid passport
- Proven offshore oil & gas experience (essential)
- Proof of right to work in Australia
