Monadelphous is seeking an experienced HSE & Training Advisor to join our NSW operations team on a permanent basis. This hands-on role partners with site and project teams to drive safety performance, compliance and workforce capability across multiple sites in Narrabri, the Hunter Valley and Newcastle.
You will travel between locations as required, provide training and HSE advice, lead audits and incident investigations, and support continuous improvement across our mining and industrial operations.
