Monadelphous is seeking an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join our Darwin operations team.
You will lead a team of up to 20 mechanical tradespeople and contractors, oversee preventative and breakdown maintenance, and ensure work is completed safely and in line with site procedures.
Reporting to the Mechanical Team Lead, you will coordinate with operations, planning and engineering to optimise schedules and minimise downtime while driving CPI initiatives to improve equipment reliability.
