Zenviron is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead large-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects in the Newcastle region. Responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient implementation of project resources and structure
- Lead the balance of plant elements of large-scale BESS projects, managing program, budget, and resources
- Champion safety and environmental performance across the project
- Provide strong leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors
- Foster effective communication with client field representatives
- Ensure timely, high-quality, and on-budget project delivery
What you will bring
- Proven experience managing full lifecycle construction programs
- Site-based experience as a Site or Construction Manager in renewables or construction
- Strong commercial and financial management skills
- Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Civil and/or electrical knowledge (highly regarded)
- Excellent stakeholder and subcontractor management skills
- A strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance
