Monadelphous Group is seeking a Paint and Blast Supervisor for our North West operations in Port Hedland to lead welding and coating crews on major iron ore sites.
You will plan, supervise and conduct high-risk shutdown and maintenance works on fixed plant assets, ensuring safety and client specifications.
You will develop JHAs, SWIs and permits, coordinate shutdown activities and mentor on-site teams while maintaining a strong safety culture in a dynamic mining environment.
