You will be responsible for providing support which will involve the following administrative duties:
- Responsible for the management of customer documents for the project team.
- Update data spreadsheets and other internal systems, including electronic filing.
- Receiving, reviewing, and sorting communications and reflecting on this within the internal banking systems.
- Data entry and updating various systems.
- Ensuring all customer communication is recorded and updated appropriately.
- Updating and reviewing collateral management records within internal banking systems.
- A relevant degree or a background in banking/ financial services or a similar professional environment would be ideal however, we are open to people's experiences from Retail/hospitality positions.
