You’ll be the central connection between clients, trades and Service Coordinators, making sure maintenance requests are logged, allocated, followed up and completed efficiently. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment where you're constantly solving problems, coordinating people and making things happen, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in Facilities Management.

Why Join Modus?

  • Rotating roster across weekdays and weekends
  • Supportive and experienced Facilities Management team
  • Genuine career development opportunities
  • Join a growing national business
  • EAP and wellbeing initiatives
  • Family-friendly benefits and employee initiatives

What You'll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in keeping our clients' facilities operating smoothly. Your day will include:

  • Answering inbound client enquiries via phone and email
  • Logging, allocating and dispatching maintenance work orders
  • Following up open and aged jobs to keep work moving
  • Supporting Service Coordinators with planning, prioritising and scheduling
  • Monitoring jobs from allocation through to completion
  • Keeping clients updated and managing expectations
  • Ensuring deadlines, service levels and KPIs are met
  • Maintaining accurate job notes, records and documentation
  • Coordinating trade access, inductions and client-specific requirements
  • Supporting Service Coordinators and providing cover when required

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and genuinely enjoys helping people. You’ll ideally have:

Why This Role?

This is more than answering calls and entering work orders. You’ll gain hands-on experience in Facilities Management, client coordination, service delivery and operational support, working alongside trades and experienced Service Coordinators across a national portfolio. It's a great opportunity for someone coming from customer service, administration, call centre, scheduling or coordination who wants to take the next step into a growing industry.
