Your Day-to-Day
No two days are exactly the same. You'll play an important role in keeping essential building services operating safely, efficiently and reliably.
You'll be responsible for:

Completing preventative, reactive and planned maintenance across commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems.

Diagnosing faults and carrying out electrical and mechanical repairs.

Servicing and maintaining chillers, AHUs, CRAC units, FCUs and refrigeration equipment.

Inspecting HVAC, refrigeration and chilled water systems to identify potential issues.

Installing, testing and maintaining HVAC and refrigeration equipment.
-
Identifying opportunities to improve equipment performance and maintenance efficiency.

Completing work orders, risk assessments, inspections and maintenance reports.
-
Participating in an after-hours/on-call roster.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a qualified technician with strong commercial experience, excellent fault-finding skills and a commitment to delivering quality work.
You'll ideally have:

Relevant HVAC & Refrigeration trade qualification.

3–5 years' commercial HVAC & Refrigeration experience.
-
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (ARCtick).
-
Current Driver's Licence.
-
Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities.

Experience working across commercial and/or retail facilities.
-
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and customer service skills.
-
Construction Induction Card (White Card).
-
First Aid Certificate.
-
EWP Under 11m.
-
Blue Card or the ability to obtain one, where required.
Experience with larger commercial systems and critical environments — particularly chillers — will be highly regarded.
