Mobilize is partnering with an industry leader who specializes in the manufacture insulated panels and commercial construction. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in internal sales, account management or customer service who enjoys building strong customer relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and developing relationships with an established customer portfolio.
• Responding to customer enquiries, preparing quotations and providing product information.
• Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
• Coordinating with production, operations and internal teams to meet customer expectations.
• Maintaining customer records, following up sales opportunities and supporting sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in internal sales, account management or customer service.
• A background in construction, manufacturing, production or building products.
• Good technical product knowledge, ideally within the building materials industry.
• Strong communication skills and confidence dealing with customers over the phone and via email.
• A proactive attitude, good organisational skills and willingness to attend occasional local customer visits.
