Mobility Access Modifications (MAM) is looking for a hands-on Videographer / Video Content Creator for a three-month project covering training, product and customer content.

You’ll manage production from brief to finished video, combining filming at MAM job sites with production and editing at our Preston office. Your work will support employee training and help customers and occupational therapists understand our mobility access products and installations. Some content may also be used on YouTube and social channels.

You’ll create new videos and help develop our existing content, bringing clear visuals, clean audio and practical storytelling to training, product and customer videos.

What the project offers:

  • A varied mix of training, product, customer and installation videos.
  • Clear briefs and ownership of production from filming to final delivery.
  • Direct collaboration with our internal teams and Trades teams.
  • Access to a MAM vehicle for approved site travel.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Producing employee training, instructional and how-to videos, including installation and process demonstrations.
  • Filming products, demonstrations, installations and completed works at MAM job sites.
  • Using suitable existing marketing footage to support internal training content.
  • Creating occupational therapist education content, customer stories and testimonials.
  • Setting up and operating cameras, lighting and audio independently, and conducting interviews that help people feel comfortable on camera.
  • Editing professional, easy-to-understand videos, including short-form digital and social content.
  • Organising footage and project files, coordinating with internal and Trades teams, and managing several videos at different stages to meet agreed deadlines.

About you:

You’ll ideally bring around 2–4 years of hands-on videography and editing experience. Your portfolio and ability to independently deliver practical, professional videos are central to this role.

You’ll bring:

  • The ability to take a clear brief through to a finished video independently.
  • Strong filming, lighting, audio and editing skills, with a practical, efficient approach.
  • Confidence adapting to changing lighting, active site conditions and limited filming windows.
  • Good communication skills and a respectful approach to filming employees, customers and people unfamiliar with being on camera.
  • Initiative, organisation and the ability to work independently and alongside Trades teams.
  • Availability to work five days per week, mostly onsite at our Preston office and MAM job sites.
  • A current Australian driver’s licence and confidence driving a company vehicle.
  • Valid Australian working rights covering the full contract period.

Contract arrangements:

This is a three-month ABN contractor engagement at $42–$48 per hour + GST where applicable, working five days per week. Equipment requirements and final working arrangements will be discussed with the successful candidate.
