About The Role:
As the QLD State Manager, you will lead and oversee operations across the state, ensuring the performance, efficiency and safety of our technicians, vehicle fleet and warehousing functions
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across both the Brisbane and Gold Coast warehouses
- Maintain a weekly visitation schedule across both sites to ensure alignment and performance
- Lead, mentor and support your teams to deliver high‑quality service
- Build a positive team culture and support staff development
- Drive operational efficiency and provide regular updates to the National Operations Manager
- Work with managers to resolve escalated customer issues
- Support ongoing recruitment for your state
- Represent and uphold the Mobile Tyre Shop brand and Values
