A stunning multi-purpose dining, conference, entertainment and sporting venue, we are acknowledged along the Murray River as a leader in our industry. We are now looking for a dynamic individual to take on the role of Training & Rostering Coordinator to join the team.
This is a diverse role that combines rostering, training coordination, WH&S compliance, and administrative support. Working closely with Department Managers and Team Leaders, you will play a key role in supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Club.
The role will include:
- Create and maintain rosters for approximately 260 employees in consultation with Department Managers.
- Review employee availability and leave requests.
- Coordinate and conduct new employee inductions and training programs.
- Manage and maintain the Club's employee communication platform (Blink).
- Provide administrative support to the Health & Safety Committee, including agendas, minutes and record keeping.
- Conduct compliance checks and maintain required signage and documentation.

About You
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and administrative skills.
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Experience in rostering, training coordination, HR administration or a similar role is desirable.
